Advisement Services
With the complexities of the educational process and overloaded counselors, many students and parents become lost in the bureaucracy. Parents or students may schedule appointments with an Scottsdale Education Center tutor to seek advisement in areas of college or university application as well as special needs areas like LRC.
Often, there are loopholes through which students can fall, and SEC certified tutors will take the time to research and find answers to questions which may, in turn, open new opportunities for success.
Editing Services
For those who have a need for help in various preparatory writings and college essays. Scottsdale Education Center offers an editing service in which certified tutors will check and edit papers to help students correct costly errors. While ideas and content are strictly the responsibility of the student, Scottsdale Education Center tutors will refine these papers for fluency, mechanics, and grammar. SEC editing may be done via mail, e-mail, or at the Center. Cost ranges from $40 for 1-4 page papers to $60 for 5-10 page papers. Longer papers will be evaluated for cost.
