The SAT classes at Scottsdale Education Center are full preparation courses for all areas of the language and math portion of the Scholastic Aptitude Test. No prior SAT preparation is required, and students will receive full training for writing, critical reading, and language sections of the test as well as all encompassing math instruction. Tutors will thoroughly familiarize students with the directions, semantics, and organization of the test, after which students will practice various types of questions and strategies to be fully familiar with the SAT format. Not only will students be prepared and trained in strategies, but tutors will work on academic concepts in individually targeted weak areas as well. While there is no magic formula for raising scores, many students will see their hard work pay off in significantly higher scores. Both courses have assigned homework and rigorous ongoing diagnostic tests.

Both math and language classes will be structured around small increments of diagnostic testing along with concept enrichment in areas of need. Diagnostic testing is administered at intervals during the course so that students can see areas of improvement or areas of continued need. After the SAT class at Scottsdale Education Center, students feel confident and ready to succeed on this highly important college entrance exam.
